Woodlawn Comedy at the historic Woodlawn Theater in San Antonio has announced a full calendar of top-tier comedy acts to perform starting in late spring of 2025. A highly anticipated launch starting Friday, March 21 with a soft opening of local and regional shows. The Grand Opening will kick off the 2025 Calendar year in early April of 2025! “We expect to have an aggressive calendar of live performances with roughly 14-18 shows per month!” Says, Shane Quade & Keith LaRosa, Owners of Woodlawn Comedy.
Get ready for a blend of live music, comedy, and special performances that will be featured to break in the recently updated venue. This venue will be the flagship for comedy in San Antonio, Texas.
Plans for future events will include movie screenings, festivals, live music, tours, comedy all-stars, co-bills, headliners, regional acts, and local talent! Ticket pricing is expected to be extremely competitive and even less than the average show. Look out San Antonio! You’ll have a newly updated historical venue shaking up the scene in the Art Deco District 10 minutes from downtown.
