No refunds or exchanges of any kind. Ticket sales are final.

Service/Handling charges are non-refundable.

Events are subject to time and date change.

Not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

All patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age.

The resale or attempted resale of a ticket at a higher price is strictly prohibited.

All tickets for Woodlawn Comedy and provided through Loop1Tickets and can only be purchased through the Woodlawn Comedy website or the direct Woodlawn Comedy Loop 1 Tickets link.

Resale tickets are strictly prohibited from a 3rd party vendor.

EVENTS

Woodlawn Comedy at the Historic Woodlawn Theatre is a 21 and over venue. ALL AGES are welcome when it's a promoted ALL AGES family event.

You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy below.

Woodlawn Comedy is not responsible for lost or stolen items in the theater. Please contact the General Manager to check for missing items in our secured lost and found office. Email: info@woodlawncomedy.com

Latecomers - once the front doors are closed there will be no entry into the event. Please check your event listing for show start times and additional information. Don’t be late – plan ahead – your tickets will not be refunded.
NOT PERMITTED

No large handbags or backpacks of any kind.

No food or beverage of any kind from other venues or retailers.

No weapons of any shape or size (including firearms, explosives, pocketknives, etc.)

No cameras or recorders of any kind.

All cell phones must be put away and silenced during events. Absolutely no pictures or videos. Some events will require phones to be stored in a Yondr bag to create a Phone-Free-Space. You will have possession of your items during the event. More information can be found at www.overyondr.com

Medically necessary items (including breast pumps). If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the show, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the show. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.

Cellphones are allowed during non-comedy events.
